Established in 1995, Expedition Foods’ delicious, light-weight meals provide the perfect nutrition for running or walking a multi-day stage race. Manufactured in Britain, Expedition Foods is the expert in producing meals that retain all the nutrition of a perfectly balanced meal in a single, light-weight packet. Our meals can be made with hot or cold water, although hot water is preferred.

Expedition Foods offers 22 different meals in chicken, beef, fish, vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options, and four desserts. Other freeze-dried vegetables and fruit snacks and energy bars and gels are also available.
